Watermelon Oolong Fruit tea
Summertime and the living is easy. Regardless of the season, enjoy the refreshing taste of thirst quenching watermelon and transport yourself to summer. Try the cold brew method (below) for an easy and tasty summer treat.
Ingredients: Oolong tea, papaya pieces, plum & safflower petals, natural flavors.
Brewing Instructions, best served iced.
Iced Tea: Place 1 rounded teaspoon of loose tea in strainer. Add 8 oz. of freshly boiled water (cooled down to 194 degrees), steep only 1- 3 minutes. May be steeped up to 3 times. Pour over ice and stir briskly. Add additional ice. Adding milk or cream is not recommended.
Cold brew method: For a gallon of iced tea. Place 1 oz. of loose tea in pitcher. Add 8 cups of room temperature filtered water. Let stand 30 minutes to 1 hour then add 8 more cups of water. Refrigerate over night (6-8 hours). Strain and sweeten to taste.
